Seafood Cookery AGA Evening with Mark David

Wednesday April 25th 2012 - £15 per person


A sumptuous seafood menu cooked by Aga demonstrator and proprietor Mark David of The Cooking Experience, Hadleigh.
Love food and cooking?! Then come and join us for a fun and entertaining evening with Mark David cooking a delicious selection of fish dishes (amongst other things) on our three oven Aga.  Crab au Gratin, chillied prawns, baked sea bass and fishermans pie are just a few of the recipes that will be demonstrated on this evening as well as tips on filleting and preparing fish.  Whether you are already an Aga Owner, are about to own an Aga or are just generally interested, we guarantee you will thoroughly enjoy yourselves.

Join us at Baker & Baker Showroom, The Barns, Cavendish Rd, Clare, Suffolk, CO10 8PJ on Wednesday 25th April 2012, arriving at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
The demonstration will last approximately 90 minutes with the food served at the end for you to taste.

This event costs £15 per person which can be paid for by cheque or debit/credit card.  There are a limited number of places, so please do book well in advance to avoid disappointment. It is as well to know that our 'Quick & Easy Entertaining' event was fully booked within a week!

Lunchtime!



Our three oven Aga has been worth it's weight in gold this winter as anyone else who owns one would agree.

Not only has it been keeping us and the showroom toasty warm,  we've been making some tasty hot lunches on it throughout all this freezing cold weather. Lovely!

AGA COOKERY DEMONSTRATION

Not to be missed! The very first cookery demonstration at Baker & Baker.
Quick & Easy Entertaining Come and spend a few hours in good company watching Mark David, a seasoned AGA demonstrator and proprietor of The Cooking Experience, Recreational Cookery school in Hadleigh, cook on a brand new 3 oven AGA.  Whether you are already an Aga Owner, are about to own an Aga or are just plain interested, we guarantee you will thoroughly enjoy our first cooking event.   
Mark's theme for the evening is Quick and Easy Entertaining.  Not only will he be cooking a sumptuous meal that you will be able to taste, he will also show you the best way to use your AGA, giving you a tour of this iconic range cooker, its hot plates and its many attributes. Mark's style is relaxed and informal and he will be happy to answer questions throughout the demonstration.
