Seafood Cookery AGA Evening with Mark David

Wednesday April 25th 2012 - £15 per person


A sumptuous seafood menu cooked by Aga demonstrator and proprietor Mark David of The Cooking Experience, Hadleigh.
Love food and cooking?! Then come and join us for a fun and entertaining evening with Mark David cooking a delicious selection of fish dishes (amongst other things) on our three oven Aga.  Crab au Gratin, chillied prawns, baked sea bass and fishermans pie are just a few of the recipes that will be demonstrated on this evening as well as tips on filleting and preparing fish.  Whether you are already an Aga Owner, are about to own an Aga or are just generally interested, we guarantee you will thoroughly enjoy yourselves.

Venue & Times
Join us at Baker & Baker Showroom, The Barns, Cavendish Rd, Clare, Suffolk, CO10 8PJ on Wednesday 25th April 2012, arriving at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
The demonstration will last approximately 90 minutes with the food served at the end for you to taste.

This event costs £15 per person which can be paid for by cheque or debit/credit card.  There are a limited number of places, so please do book well in advance to avoid disappointment. It is as well to know that our 'Quick & Easy Entertaining' event was fully booked within a week!
