Our seafood evening went swimmingly!

Just a few of the delicious dishes cooked on the Aga. Thank you to all our guests for helping to make it such an fantastic evening, we hope you have all learnt something new and will be trying out the recipes for yourselves!

Thank you for a really lovely evening yesterday. Mark has such an easy relaxed style and produces the most wonderful food. I have emailed him for the recipes and hope to try them very soon.
